....almost 99% of the people here in the U.S.A. think that Japanese food = Sushi = Raw Fish? It's true in Japan that Traditional Sushi has a history of more than 100 years using raw fish. But contemporary Sushi is NOT limited to raw fish. Nowadays, sushi is often made with vegetables, cream cheese, cooked fish or seafood and many other ingredients to please the palate! What else do we have besides Sushi?　We realize that there are a lot of people who are nervous about or just don't want to eat raw fish. Don't despair!
